Cyberbullying of the adolescents

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na problematiku kyberšikany u dospívajících žáků II. stupně základní školy v souladu se školní primární prevencí, a to jako nebezpečný a nežádoucí, současně stále hlasitěji diskutovaný sociální jev. Úvod teoretické části se věnuje masmédiu Internet, on-line prostředí a působení kyberšikany, jeho rozšíření, historii, kladným i záporným psychologickým aspektům na člověka. Následně je pozornost věnována vystižení definic a základních pojmů šikany jako výchozího předpokladu kyberšikany, profilu oběti i agresora, nástrojům prevence rodičů, škol a školských zařízení, formám a místům pomoci, sociální opoře a zvládání. Cílovou skupinu představují žáci 6. a 7. tříd dané základní školy, jímž je preventivní program v rámci školní primární prevence určen, a osobně se jej účastnili. Cílem práce je proto prostřednictvím dvou shodných, v rozpětí časového intervalu distribuovaných dotazníků zjistit, jak se osobní účastí žáků na interaktivním preventivním programu mění jejich vnímání kyberšikany.

Abstract:

The dissertation theme is aimed at the issue of cyber bully in case of adolescent pupils of the upper elementary school accordingly with school primary prevention, as a dengerous, undesirable and also still more loudly discussed social phenomen. The introduction of the theoretical part deals with the internet mass medium as an online enviroment of birth and effect of cyber bully, its spreading, history, positive and negative psychological aspects that it has on an individual. Moreover the attention is paid to capturing definitions and basic terms of bully as the initial premise for cyber bully, also to the profile of the aggressor, means of prevention for parents, schools and school facilities, the forms and places of help and social support and coping. The focus groups are pupils of the 6th and the 7th grade of elementary school, who are intended users of the primary prevention program and they personally participated in it. Using two identical questionnaires distributed within certain time interval, it is the goal of this dissertation to find out how can personal participation in given interactive program of the school primary prevention be related.
