Abstract:
V teoretické části bakalářské práce byl popsán krátký přehled historie limonád, základní složky, technologie výroby kolových nápojů a metody stanovení vybraných složek. V experimentální části bylo provedeno stanovení obsahu hlavních kyselin potenciometrickou titrací a obsahu cukrů pomocí metody dle Schoorla.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of bachelor?s work, the history of lemonades, the main ingredients, the production technology of cola drinks, and methods of determining the selected ingredients were described. In the experimental part, the content of acidic components was determined by potentiometric titration and the content of sugars was determined by Schoorl method.
