Anotace:

The goal of the submitted thesis:” Effective knowledge sharing among projects” is to recommend effective project knowledge sharing practices to a company. The first part of this thesis provides the theoretical background and the literature review based on which the theoretical construct for this paper is created. The theoretical construct displays how intrinsic employee motivation, employees’ attitudes towards knowledge sharing, organizational-, procedural- and technological- enablers for knowledge sharing are connected to project success. This construct is applied to evaluate the companies project team from a knowledge sharing perspective. The final part of this thesis provides two recommendations to the company which would enhance their knowledge sharing among projects and thus increase their project success.
