Project of Implementation a New Calculation Method for Price Determination of Products in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je implementace nové kalkulační metody tak, aby vybraná společnost získala větší přehled o nákladech, které vznikají z výrobní činnosti a následně byla schopna stanovit konečnou cenu výkonu. Práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část byla zpracována formou literární rešerše vybraných zdrojů, zaměřena na náklady, kalkulace a její metody. Navazující praktická část obsahovala základní informace o společnosti, včetně finanční a nákladové analýzy. Následně byl popsán kalkulační systém společnosti, kde byly identifikovány nedostatky. V rámci řešení byla použita tradiční metoda kalkulace. Hlavním výsledkem této práce bylo navrhnout takovou metodu kalkulace, která bude sloužit pro odstranění nedostatků stávajících kalkulací využívaných ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the implementation of a new calculation method, so that the chosen company would gain the greater insight into the costs arising from the production activities and then to be able to determine the final price. The thesis was divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was elaborated through a way of a lit-erature search of chosen sources focused on cost calculation and its methods. The follow-ing practical part contained the basic information about the company, including the financial and cost analysis. The costing system with some particular deficiencies, were described afterwards. A traditional method of calculation was used for the final solution. The main result of this thesis was to propose a method of calculation that will serve as a remedy of the deficiencies of the existing calculations used in the company.
