Mezinárodní koordinace sociálního zabezpečení z hlediska různých národních systémů

Abstract:

Práce je tvořena dvěma částmi. První polovina zahrnuje takové teoretické aspekty: národní systém sociálního zabezpečení členských států EU, koordinace systémů sociálního zabezpečení v rámci EU a s ní spojené problémy, způsob financování systému sociálního zabezpečení a pět typů evropských systémů sociálního zabezpečení s jejich hlavními charakteristiky. Druhá polovina je založena na srovnávací analýze národních systémů sociálního zabezpečení, stejně jako na čtyřech výhodách (zejména mateřství / otcovství, nezaměstnanost, stáří, zdravotní postižení) v jedné skupině zemí. Míra migrace byla rovněž zohledněna. Skupiny zemí byly vytvořeny hierarchickou klastrovou analýzou, která byla provedena v programu IBM SPSS Statistics. Výsledkem bylo přijetí 5 skupin zemí. Podrobná analýza byla provedena pro tři skupiny: 1) Česká republika, Maďarsko, Nizozemsko, Polsko, Slovensko, Slovinsko; 2) Rakousko, Belgie, Finsko, Francie, Německo, Itálie; 3) Dánsko.Jak ukazují výsledky, údaje o dávkách sociálního zabezpečení, stejně jako počet migrantů do vybrané země byli považovány a vedli k identifikaci nejatraktivnější zemí v rámci klasterů. 3. klaster je tvořen pouze Dánskem. Během analýzy byly identifikovány charakteristické rysy země.

Abstract:

The work is created by two parts. First half covers such theoretical aspects: national social security system of the EU Member States, coordination of the social security systems within the EU, problems related to it, way of financing of the social security system and five types of the European welfare systems with their main characteristics. Second half is based on the comparative analysis of the national social security systems, as well as their four benefits (namely maternity/paternity, unemployment, old-age, disability) within one group of countries. The migration rate was also taken into considerationGroups of countries were created by hierarchical cluster analysis, which were conducted in a IBM SPSS Statistics program. As the result 5 clusters of countries were received. The detailed analysis was conducted for the three cluster: 1) The Czech Republic, Hungary, The Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia; 2) Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy; 3) Denmark. As the results the data about the social security benefits, as well as the number of migrants to the company was considered and leaded to the identification of the most attractive country within the cluster group. 3rd cluster was created only by the Denmark. During the analysis the distinctive characteristics of the country were identified.
