Možnosti péče a obnovy genofondu rodu Asparagus L.

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo vypracovat aktualizaci položek genofondu Asparagus officinalis L. osázeném na pozemcích ZF MENDELU v Lednici k březnu 2018 a účastnit se péče o genofond. Dále rozšířit sortiment genofondu o nové položky, především o krajové odrůdy. Zároveň bylo cílem zhodnotit genofond podle minimální sady deskriptorů a navrhnout další vzhledem k užitné části této zeleniny. Současně bylo nutné výsledky hodnocení uspořádat do tabulek a přehledů tak, aby se daly převést do databáze GRIN Czech. Celkem bylo vyhodnoceno 19 položek genofondu pomocí 17 deskriptorů. Nepodařilo se však zhodnotit všechny položky genofondu všemi 17 deskriptory. A to z důvodu nedostatku vzorku nebo věku rostliny, případně z jiných technických příčin. Některé hodnocení proběhly v roce 2018 a také 2019.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to update items of Asparagus officinalis L. gene pool. This gene pool has been planted in area of Faculty of Horticulture of Mendel University up to March 2018. Part of this thesis was also taking care of this gene pool. This thesis further aims to extend the gene pool by new items, especially by local varieties, and to evaluate the gene pool with regard to the minimal set of descriptors and to design the new ones taking into account the eadible part of this vegetable. It was necessary to collate the results into charts and overviews in that way that enable to transfer them into GRIN Czech database. Overall, we have evaluated 19 items of the gene pool by 17 descriptors. We were not able to evaluate all items by all 17 descriptors because of the deficiency of the sample or because of the vegetable age or because of another technical causes. Some evaluations were carried out in 2018 and 2019.

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo vypracovať aktualizáciu položiek genofondu Asparagus officinalis L. vysadeného na pozemkoch ZF MENDELU v Lednici k marcu 2018 a zúčastňovať sa na starostlivosti o genofond. Ďalej rozšíriť sortiment genofondu o nové položky, predovšetkým o krajové odrody. Zároveň bolo cieľom zhodnotiť genofond podľa minimálnej sady deskriptorov a navrhnúť ďalšie vzhľadom k úžitkovej časti tejto zeleniny. Súčasne bolo nutné výsledky hodnotení usporiadať do tabuliek a prehľadov tak, aby sa dali previesť do databázy GRIN Czech. Celkovo bolo vyhodnotených 19 položiek genofondu pomocou 17 deskriptorov. Nepodarilo sa však zhodnotiť všetky položky genofondu všetkými 17 deskriptormi. A to z dôvodu nedostatku vzorky alebo veku rastliny, prípadne z iných technických príčin. Niektoré hodnotenia prebehli v roku 2018 a aj 2019.
