A Business Letter: Written Communications in the Company Z-Group Steel Holding, a.s.

Abstract:

My work deals with corporate communication in the company Z-Steel Holding Group, Inc. with the focus on business letters. The theoretical part devotes processing the theoretical knowledge and definitions of basic terms of field of corporate communication. It mainly occupies technical language, economic language and business letters. In this section written and oral communication are also described. In the practical part, the company Z-Group Steel Holding, Inc. is introduced from its history through the profile of the company to its products. The work is conclude by a comparison of the theoretical knowledge with the practical experience of the company.

Abstract:

Meine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Unternehmenskommunikation in Z-Group Steel Hol-ding, a.s. mit der Zielrichtung auf den Geschäftsbrief. Der theoretische Teil befasst sich mit der Verarbeitung von theoretischen Kenntnissen und der Definition der Grundbegriffe aus dem Bereich der Unternehmenskommunikation. Vor allem beschäftigt sie sich mit der Fachsprache, der Wirtschaftssprache und mit dem Geschäftsbrief. In diesem Teil wird weiter die schriftliche und die mündliche Kommunikation beschrieben. In praktischem Teil wird das Unternehmen Z-Group Steel Holding, a.s. von dessen Geschichte über das Firmenprofil bis zu den Produkten vorgestellt. Die Arbeit wird durch den Vergleich der theoretischen Kenntnisse mit den praktischen Erfahrungen des Unternehmens abgeschlossen.
