Tato práce je zaměřena na hlavní histokompatibilitní komplex (MHC) u velbloudů. Oblast MHC u velbloudů má standartní genomickou organizaci: MHC třídy II - MHC třídy III - MHC třídy I. Organizace jednotlivých genů je také podobná ostatním druhům. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in Old World camels. The MHC region follows the general layout of MHC class II - MHC class III - MHC class I. The organization of individual MHC genes in camels is similar to other species.
