Věrnost výrobního programu komponentů ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu věrnosti výrobního programu motorů ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Na základě výsledků získaných analýzou ukazatelů, které společnost k hodnocení využívá, budou navrhnuta opatření, směřující ke zvýšení věrnosti výrobního programu motorů. Součástí práce bude také vyhodnocení nových návrhů.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the analysis of the fidelity of the engine production program in the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Based on the results obtained by analyzing the indicators that the company uses for evaluation measures will be proposed to increase the fidelity of the engine production program. The work will also include the evaluation of new proposals.
