Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kompetence učitelů základní školy. Vychází z obecného pohledu na profesi učitele, obecné charakteristiky kompetencí, popisuje profesní standardy a kompetence učitelů v kontextu kurikulární reformy. The thesis is focused on competencies of teachers at primary school. It results from general view of profession of a teacher, general characteristic of competencies, describes profession standards and competencies of a teacher in context with the curricular reform.
