Military Police Competence in the Field of Offences against Safety and Continuousness of Road Traffic
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval působností Vojenské policie v silničním provozu jako kontrolního orgánu s přihlédnutím zákonných možností, které jí umožňuje zákon o Vojenské policii a další zákonné a podzákonné normy. Snažil jsem se najít co nejjednodušší možnost jak člověku, který nezná prostředí armády objasnit činnost dopravní a pořádkové služby Vojenské policie.
Abstract:
The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is the sphere of action of Military Police as a control body in in traffic in the view of law regulation, as described in the Act of Military Police and other law regulations and rules. I tried to find the easiest way to explain this topic to a person who does not know anything about the activities of traffic and order activities of the Military Police.
