Název mé práce zní Rozdíl v přístupu mužů (pečovatelů) a žen (pečovatelek) k seniorům v zařízeních pro seniory. Tímto tématem jsem se rozhodla zabývat zejména z toho důvodu, že mužů v těchto profesních sférách se nevyskytuje příliš mnoho, a to ani v dnešní době, kdy je trendem naší společnosti zejména rušení genderových rozdílů v zaměstnáních. The name of my work is "A difference between approach men (caregivers) and women (caregivers) to elderly people in institutions for the elderly". I decided to deal with this issue because men in the professional sphere is not present too much.
