Bakalářská práce rozebírá problematiku slaďování pracovního a rodinného života a především se zaměřuje na dětské skupiny jako jeden z jeho nástrojů. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the concept of work-life balance with main focus on children´s groups as one of the tools used for its achieving.
