Práce se zabývá konkurenceschopnosti, jež vychází především z mezinárodního srovnání. První kapitola se věnuje obecně konkurenceschopnosti a globalizací. V další části se analyzují multikriteriální ukazatele předních světových institucí. Součástí práce je i analýza vývoje Evropské unie a jeho důsledků pro budoucí vývoj. This thesis deals with competitivness, which is mainly based on international comparisons. The first chapter is devoted to general competitiveness and globalization. In another part of thesis there is the multi-criteria analyzes of indicators based on results of the world´s leading institutions.
