Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dopravně-logistického procesu ve zvolené společnosti. Pomocí metody těžiště je nalezeno optimální umístění nového centrálního skladu, které je déle zkoumáno pomocí metody hodnocení faktorů. The thesis aims to analyze the process of transport and logistics in a selected company. The centre of gravity method is used to determine the optimal location for the new central warehouse. The location is then evaluated by the factor rating method.
