Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv házené na hráče a vliv kompenzačních cvičení aplikovaných na pohybový aparát hráčů házené. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku házené, fyziologie a kineziologie házenkáře a kompenzačních cvičení. V praktické části popisujeme testovací baterii a diagnostiku testovaných osob. The bachelor thesis research the influence of handball on its players and the influence of compensatory exercises applied on the motion apparatus of handball players. The theoretical part is focused on studying of handball, physiology and kinesiology of handball and compensatory exercises.
