Práce se zabývá vnějšími vztahy EU v období po přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy. Z hlediska teorií využívá koncept evropeizace zahraniční politiky. Přítomnost domácí změny bude konstatována na základě indikátorů evropeizace diplomacie, kterými jsou (1) socializace elit, (2) byrokratická reorganizace, (3) ústavní změna a (4) veřejná podpora. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the EU’s External Representation after the Lisbon Treaty. In the theoretical part, it follows the concept of Europeanisation of foreign policy. The indicators of changes at domestic level of diplomacy are (1) elite socialization, (2) bureaucratic reorganisation, (3) constitutional change and (4) public support.
