Tělesné modifikace a bolest v současné společnosti

The body modifications and pain in current society
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na motivaci, která vede k získání tělesné modifikace a na vztah mezi modifikací a přechodovým rituálem za spoluúčasti bolesti. Práce obsahuje fyziologickou a psychologickou stránku bolesti, příklady rituálů a funkce, které modifikace plní. Práce je doplněna o rozhovory s lidmi, kteří tělesnou modifikaci vlastní.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the motivation for body modification and on relationship between modification and rite of passage with participation of pain. This paper contains physiological and psychological parts of pain, examples of rites and functions of modification. Paper is complete of interviews with owner of body modification.
