Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití metody strojového učení pro automatické rozpoznávání a počítačovou podporu diagnostiky neuropsychiatrických poruch z dat získaných při zobrazování mozku. This bachelor thesis is focused on machine learning methods for automatic recognition and computer-aided diagnostics of neuropsychiatric disorders from brain imaging data. The creative part of this thesis illustrates a design of a classification algorithm, which uses image representation in the wavelet domain.
