Zjištění potřeb zaměstnavatelů v Ústeckém kraji ve vztahu k vysokoškolským absolventům s ekonomickým zaměřením

Ascertaining the needs of employers in Ústecký region in relation to university graduates with an economic focus

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat znalosti, schopnosti a kompetence, které zaměstnavatelé v Ústeckém kraji považují za důležité u absolventů vysokých škol s ekonomickým zaměřením. Požadavky ze strany zaměstnavatelů se na pracovním trhu rychle mění. Proto je důležité tyto požadavky průběžně analyzovat, aby se nejen absolventi všech úrovní vzdělávacího systému v ČR dokázali trhu práce přizpůsobit. Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit důležitost různých kompetencí a znalostí přímo od zaměstnavatelů, konkrétně v Ústeckém kraji. Data byla shromážděna prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocena vhodnými statistickými metodami; konkrétně se jedná o Wilcoxonův jednovýběrový test, Wilcoxonův párový test, Kruskal-Wallis test a párový T-test. Výsledky ukazují, že podniky v Ústeckém kraji nepreferují soft-skills před hard-skills, preferují anglický jazyk před německým a preferují znalost MS Office před znalostí podnikových programů a CRM. Podniky dále preferují osobnostní kompetence před sociálními. Při zkoumání významu velikosti podniku se ukázalo, že velikost podniku nemá vliv na to, jak jednotlivé subjekty odpovídaly: není zde vliv na přikládání důležitosti metodickým kompetencím, není zde vliv na preferenci mezi soft-skills a hard-skills a není zde ani vliv na požadavky na praxi - všechny tři velikostní skupiny mají stejné preference. Díky získaným poznatkům této bakalářské práce se mohou nejen absolventi vysokých škol s ekonomickým zaměřením lépe přizpůsobit současnému trhu práce a soustředit se na rozvoj kompetencí a znalostí, které jsou zaměstnavateli hodnoceny jako důležité. Výsledná zjištění se vztahují na podniky v Ústeckém kraji. Je otázkou pro další výzkum, zda podobné požadavky mají i podniky v jiných částech České republiky anebo zda jsou požadavky firem na absolventy vůči poloze citlivé. Výsledky šetření zároveň poslouží při tvorbě profesně orientovaného magisterského programu na Fakultě sociálně ekonomické Univerzity J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to identify the knowledge, abilities, and competences that employers in the Ústí Region consider important for university graduates with an economic focus. Employers' requirements are changing rapidly in the labor market. Therefore, it is important to continuously analyze these requirements so that not only graduates of all levels of the education system in the Czech Republic are able to adapt to the labor market. This work aims to find out the importance of various competencies and knowledge directly from employers, specifically in the Ústí Region. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey and evaluated using appropriate statistical methods; specifically, by Wilcoxon one-sample test, the Wilcoxon paired test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and the paired T-test. The results show that businesses in the Ústí Region do not prefer soft-skills over hard-skills, but they prefer the English language over German, and knowledge of MS Office over knowledge of business programs and CRM. Businesses also prefer personal competences over social ones. Examining the importance of businesses' size, it turned out that it has no effect on how individual subjects responded: there is no effect on the importance attached to methodological competences, no effect on the preference between soft-skills and hard-skills, and no effect on requirements in practice - all three size groups have the same preferences. Thanks to the knowledge gained in this bachelor's thesis, not only university graduates with an economic orientation can better adapt to the current labor market and focus on the development of competencies and knowledge that employers evaluate as important. The resulting findings apply to businesses in the Ústí Region. It is a question of further research whether businesses in other parts of the Czech Republic have similar requirements or whether businesses' requirements for graduates are sensitive to location. The results of the research will also be used in the creation of a professionally oriented master's program at the Faculty of Social Economics of the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.
