Current trends in the workplace interpersonal relations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou, významností v rámci podnikové kultury, aspekty dobrých interpersonálních vztahů i řešením sociálně patologických vztahů. Dále zkoumá dopady pandemie COVID-19 na interpersonální vztahy v rámci pracoviště. Součástí práce je posouzení nejlepších praktik managementu v rámci mezilidských vztahů.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis aim at interpersonal relations at workplace. The work pursues characteristic interpersonal relations, relevancy in corporate culture, aspects good interpersonal relations and solution to social pathological relations.
