Bakalářská práce Komunikace s pasantem v restauračním zařízení je zaměřena na komuni-kaci žáků SOŠ a SOU, hotelových škol a absolventů oboru 65-51-H/01 kuchař/ číšník. V teoretické části rozebírám pojem komunikace. Popisuji typy komunikace a jejich aspekty. Dále se zabývám charakteristikou osobnosti číšníka, jeho základními a doporučenými profes-ními předpoklady.
