Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je objasnit působení UNHCR na UPR proces a zjistit, zdali výstupní dokumenty UPR procesu obsahují otázky relevantní pro UNHCR, čímž by byla potenciálně zesílena ochrana osob spadajících do oblasti zájmu UNHCR.
Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis is to clarify UNHCR's contribution and influence to the UPR process. The thesis further aims to determine whether issues of concern to UNHCR have been included in UPR outcome documents adopted so far.
