Individual Action Research - Dealing With Fright and Stress

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce studentky pedagogického oboru je individuální akční výzkum, zaměřený na sledování změn v kategoriích Moje práce s trémou a Moje práce se stresem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je definovat trému, stres, osobnostně sociální rozvoj a pojmy s nimi související. Praktická část obsahuje samotný výzkum a jeho výsledky. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je porozumět vlastnímu prožívání stresu a trémy, zjistit možnosti práce s nimi, aplikovat nové postupy a techniky v praxi a zjistit změny ve vybraných oblastech pomocí čtyřfázového akčního výzkumu. Stěžejní metodou sběru dat byl osobní deník individuálního akčního výzkumu (PARJ) analyzovaný metodou otevřeného kódování. K dalším metodám patří dotazník Stress profil, Škála duševní pohody autorky Carol Ryffové, osobnostní test Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), dva dotazníky vlastní konstrukce zaměřené na osobnostně sociální kompetence a výsledky míry stresu v osobních oblastech, Focus group a analýza odborných textů k vybraným tématům trémy a stresu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny limity výzkumu, shrnuty přínosy individuálního akčního výzkumu ke zúženým kategoriím a jsou představeny konkrétní techniky a strategie v oblastech osobnostně sociálního a profesního rozvoje.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis written by a student of the pedagogical field is individual action research, focused on monitoring changes in categories My dealing with fright and My dealing with stress. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to define fright, stress, personal and social development and concepts related to them. The practical part contains research itself and its results. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to understand one's own experience of stress and fright, to find out possibilities of working with them, to apply new procedures and techniques in practice and to find out changes in selected areas through four-phase action research. The main method of data collection was a personal diary of individual action research (PARJ) analyzed by the open coding method. Other methods include Stress Profile questionnaire, Well-Being Scale by Carol Ryff, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test, two self-designed questionnaires focused on personal and social abilities and the results of personal stress levels, Focus group and analysis of professional texts relating to selected topics of fright and stress. Limits of the research, benefits of individual action research to narrowed categories, specific techniques and strategies in the areas of personal, social and professional development are presented at the end of the thesis.
