Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje kožnímu mikrobiomu a jeho tvorbě v in vitro podmínkách. Tvorba kožního mikrobiomu in vitro otevírá dveře novému zkoumání, které by se zabývalo péčí o tuto biologickou bariéru, protože je velice důležitá pro správné fungování pokožky. Model mikrobiomu byl vytvořený monovrstvou buněčné linie HaCaT, na níž byly nasazeny bakteriální suspenze M. luteus, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa …more
Abstract:
The Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the skin microbiome and its in vitro formation. The formation of the skin microbiome in vitro opens the door for new research to address the care of this biological barrier, as it is important for proper skin function. A model was created by monolayer of the HaCaT cell line seeded with bacterial suspensions of M. luteus, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa. The evaluation …more
