The aim of this thesis is to map the goals of the reparations for slavery in the United States, to find what particular forms the reparations can take and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of that particular forms. Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zmapovat cíle kompenzací za otroctví ve Spojených Státech Amerických, zjistit, jaké formy zmíněné kompenzace mohou mít a jaké jsou výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých forem kompenzací. Jednotlivé formy kompenzací jsou hodnoceny jejich zastánci a stejná pozornost je věnována názorům odpůrců kompenzací.
