Abstract:
Svoji diplomovou práci jsem věnovala problematice pracovního práva, právní úpravě tzv.Švarcsystému. Zmapovala jsem vývoj právní úpravy tohoto institutu od roku 1991 až do současnosti, tj. roku 2006. Pokusila jsem se podrobně rozebrat rozhodující ustanovení paragrafu 13 zákona o zaměstnanosti v současném znění. Abstract:
The topic of my work is so called "Švarcsystém". It is a question of the Employment Law. It is a term for an employment based on the Trade Licence Certificate even if there is an employment relationship between an employer and an employee. The reason is for an employer not to pay a tax and an insurance.
