Travel expenses and its effect on the tax base

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na rozbor cestovních náhrad a jejich vliv na daně z příjmů u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Na základě finanční analýzy, která byla provedena podle platných zákonů pro rok 2013, byly zjištěny výsledné ukazatele poskytování cestovních náhrad u tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cest. Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou podkladem pro efektní uplatnění poskytování těchto náhrad a jejich pozitivní vliv na daň z příjmu. Popsané návrhy vedou podnikatele k efektivnímu poskytování cestovních náhrad ve prospěch snížení základu daně.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the analysis travel expenses and their impact on the income tax for the selected business entity. Based on the financial analysis which was conducted in accordance with applicable laws in 2013 were identified outcomes reimbursing travel expenses for domestic and foreign business trips. The results of these indicators are the basis for the effective application of such reimbursement and their positive impact on the income tax. Described proposals lead entrepreneurs to effectively provide travel expenses for reducing the tax base.
