Abstract:

V této práci jsme se zaměřili konkrétně na profesní stres u učitelů jazyků středních a jazykových škol, který je velmi rozšířený a je s touto profesí velmi často spojován. Osobně se již seznamuji s učitelskou profesí a vyučuji francouzský a německý jazyk na Jazykové škole Eufrat. Proto bylo velmi zajímavé zmapovat stres právě u učitelů jazyků. Ráda bych se této profesi nadále v budoucnu věnovala a snažila se stresu předejít. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat stres u učitelů jazyků na středních školách a na jedné jazykové škole a prozkoumat jak vysoce jsou pedagogové svojí prací zatěžováni, tedy zjistit intenzitu stresové zátěže v oblasti kognitivní, tělesné, emocionální a sociální. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je nejdříve představena definice zátěže a stresu. Dále se tato část zabývá projevy, důsledky, prevencí a zvládání stresu. Také se zaměřuje na jednotlivé stresory, které výrazně ovlivňují pracovní výkon učitele. V praktické části si nejprve určujeme cíle a výzkumný problém vztahující se k dané problematice. Následují metody výzkumu, ve kterých popisujeme, jak jsme postupovali při sběru dat. Poté jsme uvedli metodu analýzy dat a výsledky výzkumu, které jsou interpretovány v tabulkách a v grafech s jednotlivými komentáři. V této části nás zajímaly především výsledky získané z dotazníku test náchylnosti ke stresu pro učitele. Tento dotazník má za úkol zmapovat míru zasažení stresu u učitelů v oblasti kognitivní, citové, tělesné a sociální.

Abstract:

The focus of this thesis lies in the professional stress by secondary school language teachers and language schools teachers. The problem of stress is very widespread and often connected with this profession. I personally have been getting acquainted with this job having teaching French and German language in the language school Eufrat. Therefor I found it really interesting to observe the stress level by the teachers of languages. I would like to perform this occupation further and hence to learn how to prevent stress. The aim of this work is to analyse the stress level by language teachers from secondary schools and language schools, to examine to what extend the tutors are loaded with work, and, consequently, to ascertain the intensity of stress on the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social levels. The thesis is divided into two parts the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part first defines what stress and load are, further it examines the manifestation, consequences, prevention, and management of stress. It also analyses the particular stress factors that considerably influence the teacher's performance. In the practical part first the aim and individual theories concerning the given issue are defined. These are followed by the research methodology describing the data collecting procedure. The method of data analysis and the research results, in charts and diagrams with comments, are presented thereafter. In this part, the most important segmentare the results of the questionnaire The test of susceptibility to stress for teachers. This questionnaire's aim is to analyse the level of stress by teachers on the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social levels.
