Theoretical study of suitable components of the positioning device for the experimental magnetic resonance
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit teoretický návrh polohovacího zařízení vhodného k použití při vyšetřování menších hlodavců magnetickou resonancí v experimentální medicíně. Práce seznámí čtenáře se základními principy fungování magnetické resonance a předkládá možnou koncepci polohovacího zařízení formou počítačových 3D modelů.
Abstract:
Goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a theoretical design for positioning device suitable for magnetic resonance scanning of small rodents in experimental medicine. This thesis introduces reader into basic principles of magnetic resonance imaging and presents a possible solution of positioning device in the form of 3D computer models.
