Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast klinické proteomiky. Diskutuje její cíle, možnosti uplatnění v klinické praxi i současné limitace. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on clinical proteomics, including its main goals, possibilities of its clinical applications and current limitations and challenges. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the methods used in clinical proteomics with the highest emphases put on the SELDI-TOF MS method (Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption/Ionization).
