Foreign Words in the Lexical Field of "Food"

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to analyze foreign expressions occured in the Spanish gastronomy. The thesis is divided into two basic parts ? the theoretical and the practical. In the first part, we focused on the history of Spanish vocabulary in light of foreign languages, which have been influenced in it. Then we determined notions related to this query, we paid a big attention to loan-words, foreign words and their mutual difference, as well as we didn´t forget to explain the expressions such as calques, hybrids, xenisms and internationalisms. In the second part, we analyzed the particular foreign words occured in the recipes, located whether in the magazines or on the internet. We made the Spanish-Czech glossary. On the basis of our research we found out, from which languages the Spanish receives expressions associated with gastronomy and then we commented these findings.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat výrazy cizího původu, vyskytující se ve španělské slovní zásobě týkající se jídla. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části - teoretickou a praktickou. V první, teoretické části, jsme se zaměřili na historii španělské slovní zásoby z hlediska cizích jazyků, které ji v průběhu vývoje ovlivňovaly. Dále jsme se pak zabývali vymezováním pojmů souvisejících s danou problematikou, velkou pozornost jsme věnovali výpůjčkám, cizím slovům a jejich vzájemnému rozdílu, rovněž jsme neopomenuli objasnit výrazy jako jsou kalky, hybridy, xenismy a internacionalismy. V druhé, praktické části jsme prováděli analýzu jednotlivých cizích slov vyskytujících se v receptech, uváděných ať už v časopisech, nebo na internetu. Vytvořili jsme španělsko-český glosář cizích slov. Na základě našeho bádání jsme došli k závěru, z jakých jazyků španělština nejčastěji přejímá výrazy spojené s gastronomií a tyto poznatky jsme následně komentovali.
