Abstract:

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse and prepare a business plan for a new business in Prague, which is a private mini-brewery. This thesis provides an evaluation of the business project and recommendations on how the business can be improved. The evaluation further highlights the important financial points of the business including sales, profits, cash flows and investment. Moreover, background information is provided such as: its legal formation, product, customers and key personnel. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about the importance of the business plan, meanwhile outlining the structure of the business plan, main aims and features. The practical part describes the development of the: business idea, target market, business plan, marketing plan, and, financial plan.
