External and internal factors of SMB development in Azerbaijan

Abstract:

Práce je věnována problematice řízení malých a středních podniků a externím a interním faktorům, které tyto podniky ovlivňují. Význam malých a středních podniků pro celou ekonomiku je významný, tato skupina podniků je někdy označována jako motor ekonomiky, a proto státy usilují o jejich rozvoj a podporu. Hlavním cílem této práce je prozkoumat, nakolik zástupci soukromého sektoru Ázerbájdžánu využívají klíčové faktory úspěchu podniku při zohlednění politických, právních a socioekonomických podmínek země. Dílčím cílem je provést průzkum konkrétního stavu malého a středního podnikání v Ázerbájdžánu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část se zaměřuje na teoretický popis nejdůležitějších aspektů MSP, jejich význam apod. V aplikační části je proveden rozbor konkrétního podniku, působícího na území Ázerbájdžánu – jde o firmu Terekeme, s.r.o.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the management of small and medium enterprises and the external and internal factors influencing these companies. The importance of small and medium enterprises for the whole economy is significant, this group of companies is sometimes named as the engine of the economy, and therefore states are seeking to develop and support them. The main objective of this thesis is to explore how many representatives of the Azerbaijanian private sector use the key success factors of an enterprise, taking into account the political, legal and socio-economic conditions of the country. The partial objective is to conduct a survey of the specific situation of small and medium businesses in Azerbaijan. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The first part focuses on a theoretical description of the most important aspects of SMEs, their significance, etc. The application part of the work analyzes a particular enterprise operating in the territory of Azerbaijan - the company Terekeme Ltd
