Abstract:
Jedná se o bakalářskou práci na téma Mezinárodní dohody o ochraně investic a řešení sporů z těchto dohod. Jedná se o stručný exkurs do této problematiky popisující jednotlivé části dohod, seznam platných dohod a aktuální popis nové smlouvy s Čínskou republikou.
Abstract:
Acts about baccalaureate work themed commodity arrangement about protection investments and settlement of disputes of these agreements. Acts about brief excurcus to the those problems detailing individual parts agreements, list valid agreements and actual description new contract with Chinese republic.
