Tato práce popisuje drogovou scénu v ČR, USA, Švýcarsku a Nizozemí. Zaměřuje se na trestnou činnost spojenou s drogovou problematikou a charakterizuje legalizační, represivní, a racionální protidrogové politiky a jejich možné důsledky. The dissertation describes the drug scene in the Czech Republic, the USA, Switzerland and the Netherlands. It focuses on the crime associated with drug issues and defines the legislative, repressive and rational drug-control policies and their possible consequences.
