Abstract:
Cílem práce je představení průběhu zásnub a svatby v současné Alexandrii a s nimi spojené tradice a rituály. Práce se zaměřuje také na seznámení partnerů, schválení vztahu rodinami a na začátek manželského života. Celá práce je výsledkem terénního výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí rozhovorů s respondenty z vybrané cílové skupiny a byl uskutečněn zejména od června do září roku 2013 a dále pokračoval …more

The aim of the bachelor thesis is presentation of the process of engagement and marriage in contemporary Alexandria and related traditions and rituals. Thesis also focuses on meeting the partners, approvals of their families and also the beginning of married life.
