Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provádění kontroly na úseku živnostenské správy. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních institutů z hlediska živnostenského zákona a zákona o státní kontrole. Praktická část porovnává postupy při výkonu kontroly vybraných tří živnostenských úřadů.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on a supervision in Trade Supervisory Office. It is split into the two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical parts aims to basic principles specification from both trade law and government supervision points of view. The practical parts compares procedures that are used during a supervision in three Trade Supervisory Offices chosen.
