Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza vybraných prostředků ochrany proti nečinnosti. V úvodní části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k veřejné správě, zásadám správního řízení a nečinnosti. Největší pozornost je věnována charakteristice jednotlivých prostředků, které slouží k ochraně před nečinností správních orgánů.
