Abstract:

Abstrakt Tato práce poukazuje na problematiku převodu a využití nepotřebného vojenského movitého a nemovitého majetku ve prospěch územní samosprávy. Se změnou politického režimu v 90. letech a následné transformace politického a vnitřního uspořádání země Armáda postupně začala omezovat činnost v některých prostorech a někde přestala úplně využívat mnohých strategických základen jakožto i vojenského letiště Žatec. Z důvodu chátrání a možnosti tyto prostory využívat efektivněji dochází k převodu vojenských movitostí a nemovitostí na územní samosprávu. V této práci se snažím poukázat na procesy nutné k převedení vojenského movitého a nemovitého majetku do civilu a zároveň zmapovat jejich následné využití.

Abstract:

Abstract This work deals with the transfer and usage of military unnecessary movable and immovable property for the benefit of the territorial local government. With the change of political regime in the 90s of the 20th century and the subsequent transformation of the internal political and military organization of the country, the Czech army began gradually to reduce activity in some areas and completely stopped to use as many strategic bases and military airport Žatec. Due to deterioration and possibility to effectively use these facilities implies the transfer of military movable and immovable properties to the local governments. In this work I try to point out the processes necessary for the transfer of mentioned properties to public as well as to map their subsequent usage.
