Diplomová práce Vývoj testamentu popisuje historický vývoj právní úpravy testamentu na území českých zemí od jejích počátků až do dnešní doby. Úvodní část práce se z důvodu zmapování ovlivňování jednotlivých právních úprav věnuje úpravě testamentu v římském právu.
