Diplomová práca sa venuje zamestnaneckým benefitom z pohľadu ich účtovania a daňového režimu na strane zamestnávateľa i zamestnanca. Prvá časť je zameraná na deskripciu zamestnaneckých výhod, vymedzenie súvisiacej legislatívy a všeobecných postupov ich účtovania.
