Tato práce se zabývá úpravou daně z přidané hodnoty v souvislosti s intrakomunitárními obchody, vymezuje dodání zboží do jiného členského státu a pořízení zboží z jiného členského státu. Věnuje se i vysvětlení pojmů s tím spojených a na konkrétních příkladech uvádí varianty jednotlivých intrakomunitárních obchodů. This thesis concentrates on value added tax in respect of Intra Community Transactions, defines the supply of goods to another Member State and the acquisition of goods from another Member State.
