Abstract:
Předkládaná práce je věnována tématu onemocnění celiakií. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši informací o celiakii, glutenu, trávicí soustavě, patologii, diagnostice a léčbě celiakie. Praktická část se zabývá kazuistikou vrcholové sportovkyně s diagnostikovanou celiakií, zaměřenou na kvalitu jejího života a na kvantitativní výzkum populace celiaků formou anonymního dotazníku. This work presents deals with topic of celiac disease. The theoretical part includes research information about celiac disease, gluten, digestive system, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease.
