Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat druhy neplodnosti párů, z nichž žena následně podstoupila umělé oplodnění. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tohoto průzkumného šetření tvořilo 71 respondentů, kteří se rozhodli pro podstoupení umělého oplodnění na jedné z IVF klinik v Moravskoslezském kraji. K tomuto účelu byl vytvořen anonymní nestandardizovaný dotazník, který byl rozdáván ošetřujícím personálem. Dotazník byl tvořen 16 otázkami, které byly jak otevřené, polootevřené, tak i uzavřené, a týkaly se tématu bakalářské práce. Průzkum byl uskutečňován od října 2016 do února 2017 po předchozím písemném souhlasu vedoucích pracovníků IVF center. Výsledky: Z výsledků průzkumného šetření se dá vyvodit, že častěji se vyskytuje neplodnost ženská, a to v tomto četnostním pořadí: neplodnost bez známé příčiny, uzávěr vejcovodů, poruchy menstruačního cyklu, vyhasínání ovariální funkce a stav po břišní operaci. U mužů jsou druhy neplodnosti v tomto četnostním pořadí: nízký počet spermií, nepřítomnost spermií v ejakulátu a nedostatečná pohyblivost spermií. Závěr: Zastoupení ženské neplodnosti přesahuje neplodnost mužskou. Také využívání metod asistované reprodukce neustále přibývá. Je tedy důležité, aby se informovanost fertilní populace neustále rozšiřovala, a to zejména všeobecnou osvětou o zvyšujícím se věku rodiček, který přímo souvisí se snižováním plodnosti, a také o snižující se plodnosti mužské - tedy celkově dbát na uspíšení rodičovství. Abstract:

Objective: The objective of the thesis is to examine the reasons of infertility among partnerships where the woman has undergone artificial fertilisation. Methods used: The sample consisted of 71 respondents who had opted for undergoing artificial fertilisation at one of the IVF clinics in the Moravian-Silesian region. For this purpose, an anonymous non-standardised survey was created and distributed by the staff. The survey consisted of 16 questions, which were open, half-open and closed, and concerned the thesis' topic. The research took place between October 2016 and February 2017 after the consent of IVF clinics' management. Results: The research implies that female infertility is prevalent with the causes being (in decreasing order): infertility without cause, oviduct closure, menstruation disorder, ovary function fading, and conditions after belly surgery. Male infertility is caused by low sperm count, absence of sperms in ejaculate and lack of sperm movement. Conclusion: Female infertility is prevalent. There has been an increase in the use of assisted reproduction methods. It is important to increase the awareness within the fertile population, especially considering the mothers' age, which is related to the decrease of fertility, and also increase awareness of male infertility and pay attention to earlier parenthood.
