Předkládaná diplomová práce má za cíl čtenáře seznámit s neo-klasickým pojetím korespondenční a koherenční teorie pravdy. Analyzuje ústřední varianty obou teorií, jejich konkrétní podoby a jejich problémy. Završení filozofické části práce spočívá ve srovnání nejdůležitějších charakteristik obou teorií. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the neo-classical conception of the correspondence and coherence theory of truth. It analyses the main varieties of both theories, their specific forms and problems. The completion of the philosophical part of the work lies in the comparison of the most important characteristics of both theories.
