Abstract:

ANNOTATION The bachelor´s thesis brings closer the social system in the Slovak Republic. We focused to social security and the right to social security. The social security provides protection and assistance to the citizens who gets into social situations certified by the state. The work contains of the historical development of social welfare, its individual systems, targets and items. The social security includes the insurance system, the system of the state benefits, the system of social assistance and social services. Particularly we analyze possibilities of social security of the persons who found themselves in unfavourable life situations. Our aim was to gather briefly and clearly sufficient information about the basic theoretical view to the right to social security. We also specify international legal documents concerning social welfare. It is important for each of us to have knowledge and be interested in this problem as it coners any of us. That is why our effort was to compile this work as transparently as it is possible with the most up-to-date amendments.

Abstract:

ANOTÁCIA Bakalárska práca nám približuje sociálny systém v Slovenskej republike. Bližšie sa zameriavame na sociálne zabezpečenie a právo sociálneho zabezpečenia. Sociálne zabezpečenie poskytuje ochranu a pomoc občanom, ktorí sa dostali do sociálnych situácií uznaných štátom. Práca obsahuje historický vývoj sociálneho zabezpečenia, jeho jednotlivé systémy, ciele a nástroje. Sociálne zabezpečenie zahŕňa poisťovací systém, systém štátnej sociálnej podpory, systém sociálnej pomoci a sociálnych služieb. Podrobne rozoberáme možnosti zabezpečenia osôb, ktoré sa ocitli v nepriaznivých životných situáciách. Snažili sme sa stručne a zrozumiteľne zhrnúť dostatok informácií o základnom teoretickom pohľade na právo sociálneho zabezpečenia. Zameriavame sa taktiež aj na medzinárodné právne dokumenty sociálneho zabezpečenia. Je dôležité, aby každý z nás poznal a zaujímal sa o danú problematiku, keďže sa týka každého z nás. Snažili sme sa preto, danú tému spracovať čo najprehľadnejšie a s najaktuálnejšími zmenami.
