Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku anaerobní fermentace kuchyňských odpadů. První část je literární rešerší řešeného tématu. This Diploma Thesis is focused on the issue of anaerobic digestion of kitchen wastes. The first part is a literature search of the topic solved. An important commodity that can be used for anaerobic digestion are biodegradable municipal wastes, which include also waste from kitchens and catering establishments.
