Manufacturing Rationalization of Vertical Road Sign Boards
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací výroby štítů dopravních značek. Práce byla vypracována pro společnost Reno Šumava a.s., ve které také probíhala veškerá měření spotřeby času. V práci jsou dva návrhy jak snížit náklady na výrobu a to odstraněním technických problémů souvisejících s výrobou a problémů s produktivitou práce. Výsledkem by pak měla být úspora nákladů po navrhovaných změnách

Diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of production shields of traffic signs. The work was carried out for the company Reno Šumava a.s., which also conducted all measurements of time consumption. In this work are two suggestions on how to reduce production costs by eliminating technical problems related to the production and problems with labor productivity.
