Marketing services in a selected enterprise in terms of Slovak Republik
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the theoretical gist of marketing services in terms of Slovak Republic, it defines services, marketing services and marketing mix of services. In the analytical part it analyzes the marketing mix Slovak Savings-Bank through a marketing research conducted on a sample of respondents who are its clients.
Abstract:
Práca sa teoreticky zameriava na marketing služieb v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky, definuje služby, marketing služieb a marketingový mix služieb. V analytickej časti analyzuje marketingový mix Slovenskej sporiteľne prostredníctvom marketingového prieskumu vykonávaného na vzorke respondentov, ktorý sú jej klientmi.
